  • Where are you located?

    We are proudly located in 4100 Hwy 63 Moss Point Ms 39563 and 18189 Hwy 49 Saucier Ms 39574. We would love to have you visit!

  • When are you available?

    Check out our business hours on our contact page. If you ever have a question outside of these hours do not hesitate to reach out!

  • Do you have in house financing?

    We work with all the major banks that finance manufactured homes.

  • How much of a down Payment do you require?

    Our lenders require a minimum of 5%* down on all new home purchases.

    *Amount of down payment will vary depending on applicants credit history.

  • Can I use my land as my down payment?

    Yes, We have banks that will allow you to use UP TO 80% of the APPRAISED VALUE of your property. Please see "What is land in lieu?"

  • Do you have land / home packages?

    We do not currently offer the land itself, however if you find land that you want to place your home on, our lenders do allow us to create a land /home package for you and roll it all into one convenient package!

  • What is included in your home prices?

  • How long are the warranties on your homes?

    All new Manufactured homes come with a 1 year Manufacture's warrant on the entire home.

  • "What is land in lieu?"

     The term "Land in lieu actually means, that you are using your land in lieu of (or instead of ) a cash down payment. This means that you can buy a home without having to come up with a big out of pocket cash down payment, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT USING THE LAND IN LIEU OPTION TAKES NOTHING OFF THE SELLING PRICE OF THE HOME THE WAY A CASH DOWN PAYMENT WOULD. (EX. if the home is $51,000 dollars and your required down payment is 10% and your lands value at 80% of the true value was $5,100 then your land would stand for your down payment, but the asking price of the home would remain the same. Whereas had you paid $5,100.00 cash, the price of the home would be reduced by $5100.
